The balance you booked will be stored in your account until activation and will not be credited to a specific number.
Two steps to activate your SIM card:
1. Your new TravelSIM number is on the packaging of the SIM-card and starts with 372.
2. Enter this number under the new SIM card in your account, press "Activate" and confirm with the SMS code you received.
Et voilá! Your new SIM card is ready for the upcoming trip.
You can check your balance at any time with *146*099# or in your account.
Activate SIM-card
You can book a data package before you start your trip or during the trip:
You will be notified when 90% data usage is reached. Dial *146*942# to check the package status and the remaining usage volume.
Activate data package
If a package expires or data volume is used up, you can simply book a new package. However, sufficient credit must be available for this.
The TravelSIM card must have at least one paid action per year or the credit must be topped up; otherwise it may be temporarily blocked.
Top-up
Calls are billed by the minute according to the national tariff. The costs will be deducted from the balance on the TravelSIM card. It is advisable to top up the credit a little extra. Incoming calls are free in most countries.
Messenger calls are allowed and are charged as internet usage.
Calls from TravelSIM to TravelSIM cost € 0.19, incoming calls are free.
