NB! In case if you do not activate a data package, the rate will be calculated by MB from your balance. In case if you activate a data package in the country where the data package is not available and you will use the data, the rate per MB will also be calculated from your balance. You can activate a data package, if you have the sufficient balance on your SIM card. You can activate a data package at any country but please note that after activating the data package, package activation costs will be calculated from your balance and will start the period of a data package validity.
You can buy and activate multiple data packages at the same time, but please note that you cannot activate the same data packages at the same time.
For example: you are visiting China and Australia. You might choose to activate a 3000 MB data package for China and any Zone A data package for Australia.
You can activate the data packages at the same time. The sim card will automatically use your China data package when you arrive in China, and your Zone A data package when you arrive in Australia.
For example: You can activate Zone A – 1000 MB and Zone A – 2000 MB at the same time (but not two exactly the same data packages).
Please note expiration date of data packages. The data package validity period starts from the activation date of the data package.
If you use multiple data packages at the same time, please keep in mind that the data packages have priority levels. The priority level defines which data package will be used first.
The data packages priority levels are as follows:
China 3000 MB Data package
Special Data packages – 1000 MB or 5000 MB (from smallest to biggest amount)
Data Packages for Europe, Israel, Russia, Switzerland and USA (from smallest to biggest amount)
Zone A data packages (from smallest to biggest amount)
Zone B data packages (from smallest to biggest amount)
Europe Plus data package
For example: You have bought 500 MB Zone A data package for USA and 500 MB Zone B data package for Japan. You can activate both data packages at the same time.
The Sim Card will automatically use Zone A data package in the USA and Zone B in Japan. In addition, if you travel back from Japan to the USA and you still have some data left in Zone A data package, the system will automatically start to use it once you arrive back to the USA.
